Transparency
Sources, standards, and honest limits.
Work Peacefully is most useful when it is clear about what research can support, what a practice cannot promise, and where professional judgment must begin.

Editorial standard
What we will not claim.
- Mindfulness is a practice, not a cure.
- One breath is not treated as equivalent to a structured, instructor-led mindfulness program.
- Breathing exercises are optional and always paired with a breath-free grounding alternative.
- Mindfulness does not excuse misconduct or replace workplace reform.
- Emotional clarity does not establish legal motive, causation, or liability.
- Legal procedures and deadlines require current, fact-specific assessment.
RAIN is an established mindfulness practice. Work Peacefully uses the Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture formulation and does not present it as proprietary.
