Privacy notice
A small-data approach to a sensitive subject.
Work Peacefully is designed to provide useful education without asking you to disclose a workplace story, legal problem, medical condition, or mental-health history on this site.
For this notice, Work Peacefully means this educational website, operated by Shaun Southworth.
What this site processes
The site has no user account or intake database.
As of July 27, 2026, Work Peacefully does not intentionally use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, session replay, or a third-party marketing analytics script.
The site's hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect a website. That can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, referring page, and security or error events. Those technical records are used for delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, and security—not to diagnose you, infer a mental-health condition, or evaluate your legal situation. Strictly necessary hosting or security cookies may be used.
Work Peacefully does not sell personal information or share it through this site for cross-context behavioral advertising. If the site later adds analytics, a form, advertising technology, or another material data use, this notice must be updated before that change goes live.
Because the site does not engage in sale, targeted advertising, or cross-site behavioral tracking, it does not treat visitors differently based on a legacy browser “Do Not Track” setting. The same no-sale and no-targeted-advertising practice applies whether or not a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Your audit selections remain in temporary page memory in your browser.
The audit does not submit answers to Work Peacefully, save them in a user profile or database, connect them to your identity, or send an answer-by-answer event to an analytics provider. The browser calculates the result on the page. Refreshing or closing the page clears the selections.
Avoid putting sensitive information into a page address, browser bookmark, public comment, or ordinary email. The audit never asks for narrative case facts.
Mindfulness audit
Your answers are calculated locally, not collected.
External destinations
A link takes you to another privacy policy.
Work Peacefully links to Southworth PC's legal-intake site, Amazon, the 988 Lifeline, government resources, provider directories, meditation services, social platforms, and other websites. It also offers a static chapter download. When you follow an external link, the destination and its service providers may receive ordinary connection information and may use cookies or other technologies under their own terms and privacy policies.
External services are not controlled by Work Peacefully. Review a destination's privacy choices before providing case facts, health information, payment details, or other sensitive data. Southworth PC's separate intake process—not this site—is the place to ask whether the firm can evaluate a legal matter.
You can browse the educational pages without creating an account. Browser controls may limit cookies or referrer information sent to external destinations. Blocking essential security technology can affect site access.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning personal information that an operator actually holds. A request may require reasonable identity verification and may be subject to legal exceptions. Because this site does not maintain a user account, response to a request may be limited to information that can reasonably be identified.
For a privacy question about this site, email ruby@southworthpc.com. Do not use that address for confidential legal intake, a deadline, or a crisis.

Scope and changes
This notice covers Work Peacefully only.
It does not replace the privacy policies of Southworth PC, a newsletter, an intake provider, Amazon, a social network, an app, a government service, or any other linked destination. Material changes will be posted here with a revised review date.
Effective and last reviewed July 27, 2026.
